Founder Coach T. EnStacia White
EDUCATIONAL COACH
Coach T. EnStacia White is a multifaceted woman of faith, deeply rooted in her roles as a child of God, a devoted wife of 27 years, a mother of three, and a grandmother of four. Beyond her cherished family life, Coach T. has been a passionate educator for over 30 years, dedicated to molding minds and uplifting communities.
Driven by divine guidance, Coach T. has founded two impactful educational initiatives: D.R.E.A.M.S. Orgs Inc. (Founded 2003): A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to community empowerment and Dreams University Academy Inc. (Founded 2017): A private, online, faith-based school providing comprehensive homeschooling support and real-world learning for parents, youth, and adults.

An alumnus of the esteemed HBCU Harris-Stowe State University, Coach T. furthered her academic journey by earning a degree in Early Childhood Education and General Studies from St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley.
Her Mission: To ignite passion, purpose, and prosperity within the community. Through her wisdom and unwavering encouragement, Coach T. empowers scholars to unlock their full potential, embrace their unique journeys, and thrive in every area of their lives.
